Cambodia Tour

CAMBODIA is Southeast Asia country, whose landscape spans low-lying plains, the Mekong Delta, mountains and Gulf of Thailand coastline.
Phnom Penh is the Capital City, is home to the art deco Central Market, glittering Royal Palace and the National Museum’s historical and archaeological exhibits. In the country’s northwest lie ruins of Angkor Wat, a massive stone temple complex built during the Khmer Empire the heart of the land once known as Indochina bordered by Thailand to the northwest, Laos to the north, Vietnam to the east. It is a fascinating place, which despite its tiny sixe and its large powerful neighbors, has managed to remain uniquely Khmer. Our culture traditional pre-date those of Thailand, and unlike Vietnam, which has had dominant Chinese influence, its dominant influence originate from the Indian subcontinent.

Cambodia, a big and powerful Empire in the past, located in the heart of Southeast Asia, is arguably the jewel of the region. Undiscovered for centuries, its wealth of natural beauty and rich heritage continue to amaze and astound, with Angkor, the world renowned cultural heritage site dating back to the earliest days of cultured civilization, attracting visitors from all over the world.

CAMBODIA is a great country for adventurous cyclists, or Dirt Bike Rider, and another kind of Adventure Trip, to explore. Needless to say, given the country’s legendary potholes, a mountain bike is the best bet. Top bikes, safety equipment and authentic spare parts are now readily available in Phnom Penh at very reasonable prices. Many roads remain in bad condition, but there is usually a flat unpaved trail along the side. Travelling at such a gentle speed allows for much more interaction with the locals. Although bicycles are common in Cambodian villages, cycling tourists are still very much a novelty and will be wildly welcomed in most small villages. In many parts of the country there are new dirt tracks being laid down for motorcycles and bicycles, and these are a wonderful way to travel into remote areas.
